Did they confirm that there was a dead body in casey anthony's car?

Tonight I heard on CNN that the preliminary air samples came back positive for the odor of decomposition. These were taken from the trunk of Casey's car and tested at the University of Tennessee forensics lab. So most likely, there was a body in the trunk. There is smell of decomp tested by air samples and cadaver dogs which seems pretty conclusive.
