Did they ever catch the serial killer/killers in Juarez?

Like in the movie Bordertown with J-Lo. There were like thousands of murders and the police covered up most of them. This was based on real events. But what ever came of it? Are they still finding new victims even now?

I do not know if they are still finding victims, however there were a number of arrests made in regard to this crime.

officially, they are all still unsolved. there have been arrests, but no one has been convicted of any of the crimes. nothing new has really been reported since 2005, but that could just be the government wanting to erase the dark stain that the murders have put on the mexican border town. can't have americans thinking that one of the numerous people crossing illegally could be one of the killers.
