No, he is still missing.

No. I was just out in some of the area where he went missing and I can tell you it's easy to miss a small plane crash out there.there are a million tiny canyons and loose rocks that can slide down and bury the crash.

No he has not been found. He has been declared legally dead this past Feb.  Typically one has to wait 7 years to do that but his widow was able to convince the judge to do it sooner.

It is odd that not even a body or plane crash has been found.

No, the civil air patrol thinks he may have faked his death..they are saying that while searching for Fosset they found all these other old wrecks and they would have found him..also, they are saying that he did alot of things out of character before he departed...btw Paris Hilton's  grandfather was the last person  to see him alive before he got on the plane.
