Did they ever make 27 inch gas stoves? ?

I have a 1980's GE electric that is 27 inches. I want to replace the space with a 27 inch gas stove. Is this possible?

I worked for the largest Major Appliance Distributor for many years, and can tell you with 100 % certainty that there was never a 27" Gas Stove.

   GE made those 27" Drop-Ins and they are still around today for replacement.

   The only thing you can do  (if you have the room) is to put a 30 " Gas in by moving one of the cabinets, or cutting one of them down 3 inches.Sorry  8/27

No, sorry... standard sizes are 24" and 30"   or larger.

Yes. They're called apartment or efficiency stoves. I don't know if you can get one in exactly 27 inches. But, if you do a search on apartment stoves and follow the Yahoo Shopping link, there are a bunch listed at 20 and 24 inches.
