To the first question, yes they did: "Similar to the first two seasons of the TV series, FUNimation's productions of movies 1-3 have been released by Pioneer, with FUNimation themselves directly releasing the rest of them."

To the second question, yes, and they've apparently already started: "Following the success of their faux-'remastered' DBZ TV season sets, FUNimation will begin releasing the DBZ movies as double-features in a similar style beginning in May 2008 concurrently on DVD and Blu-ray."
