Did this Job Lie to me?

On Friday i had a missed call from Toys R Us. I called them back thinking it was about my APPLICATION.

I have no experience but 2 summer Jobs i did not put in. We talked for about 6minutes on the Phone, and she asked i was in

College and i told her i was taking Business Marketing. She said:

Well in a few weeks i will checked the APPLICATIONS, and i will call you for interview. What are the odds she will call me back? Would she have said it in a different why if she would not?

It's unless you do a good job or not on your interview.

Not putting your Summer Jobs was your first mistake, she might think you've never worked before.

You did a good thing too telling her you were in Business Marketing.

I think you might have a 50/50 chance which is a good thing.

If they don't call you back there is no point in trying to call them. If they do call back then you are most likely accepted. Otherwise they'll send you a letter saying they declined you.
