Did this ever happen to you? or is it possible?

Question

i had a spider bite on my face

and it swelled up my whole entire face

like crazy

i looked chinese on half of my face

and i went to the doctor and she said that it probably wasn't a spider bite, that it was probably like a infected pimple

like is that possible a infected pimple

i mean the thing was at least 3 inches big and it was right on my cheek bone

people though i got punched

but like how can a pimple be infected and do that?

It is possible, though unlikely if you weren't seriously irritating it - such as constantly scratching, picking, popping, or exposing a popped pimple to a dirty environment. Spider bites are very hard to recognize sometimes and even doctors mess up. It could be something else entirely. The pimple theory is unlikely if it was actually more than an inch or two. In the future, when you get a pimple, don't rip off 3 inches of skin to remove it, ok?

I suggest you get a second opinion.  In the meantime, take some Benadryl, it can counteract any allergic reaction you are having and maybe take care of some of the swelling.
