Did those strange lights cause Federer to loose, was it sabotage?

I was there at centre court at that amazing match, but just before Federer lost, there were some strange lights by the scoreboard which were distracting him but play continued and he lost. I was sitting behind Federer high at the back and he also saw them and tried to bring attention to them but it was getting dark and he was under pressure to continue. They were definetaly there and they suddenly stopped but it was all over and he lost. I never saw the lights before but I belive they caused him to loose.

I didn't see it but I can Imagine because everyone was so confident that Nadal Wins that time.

Either way, I don't think so. That may have added to his frustration but it didn't cost him the game and I think you are doing Rafa Nadal a HUGE diservice by not gibing him the credit he deserves. He played his heart out and won fair and square.

No sabotage. The light was there  to help players to see better. Unexpected conditions happen. If no rain delays, Nadal could  have ended in straight sets. All in all the rain delays helped Federer to rethink his match tactics, so there you go...There are  always other side of facts.  But Nadal has not complained about the slippery court, and all other unfortunate conditions. Has he ?

There were two other players helping Nadal. They were almost invisible but I could see them returning stuff he couldn't reach.

Wimbledon has agreed to investigate so for now, we wait.

I am a huge Federer fan and I'm sure that those lights did hinder his performance of that point.  Although there were other things in the match that were against Nadal.  Dont get me wrong I dont like Nadal but do you remember that one game in the 5th set where it was 30 all and Federer missed the ball and they called Nadals balls out.  Nadal challenged and it was in so they had to replay the point.  Nadal would've been up 30-40 but instead Federer hit an ace which brought him up 40-30.  The next point Nadal won so if they made the correct call in the 1st place Nadal most likely wouldv'e won that game

I really wanted Federer to win also, but come on give Nadal his due, at the end of the day he was the better player and he deserved the victory, so don't start this c**p about the lights, he lost so get over it!!!
