Did tornado ever happened in Egypt????

i just wonder did the tornado ever happened in Egypt?

Yes, a tornado happened in Alexandria, Monday, 4 December 2006. Tornadoes are rare in Egypt. Egypt's last twister occurred in 1981.

I do not believe so.  They have tremendous sand storms which can  reach the velocity of a tornado.  I have never read or heard from scientists speak  on the subject.

Tornado's can form anywhere, even Egypt.
