Did u ever put money in other people's parking meter?

Question

When I was a bored teenager I used to put quarters in parking meters to save random strangers from getting parking tickets. Did anyone else ever do that?

Yes, and I try to practice other Random Acts of Kindness. I've been lucky enough to have been saved by someone else adding money to my meter, Subhan'allah.

i never bother to put quarters in my own parking meter let alone do it for others :D. Why would u do that?

Nope, but when when my dad parked and when i was going to fil in the parking meter, I found it already filled in :P

with like 1 hour 50 mins remainin :D we had to use it for around 45 mins i guess.. so we saved the next person some quarters too :P:P

Just passing through here, and I'm a Lutheran Christian -- and I do it all the time.

Especially if I know there are meter maids just down the street...  ;-)

lol no, but when I parked somewhere there still like 15 minutes left so i jus add a quarter for another hour but i leave not even 15 minutes later

well there are certain brigdes that you have to pay money to drive across, so sometimes i will pay for two or three cars behind me too.
