Did u know any information who will help to a person wants to go back in his country?

my friend is here in my country philippines and he had a bad replased for drinking, he wants to go back in US but his plane ticket is already expired and he running out of money here. anyone who knows any organization who will help him regarding to his problem. His condition this time is ready bad. he is american man.... please help my friend....

For the embassy website, I'm thinking you can google them or something, but he can call the US Embassy collect.  If not them, then try finding the Red Cross closest to you or even contacting the airline he had the original ticket through.  He can ask them if there's anyway they can help him out, and they should have an 800 number, maybe on the ticket.  Also, if the military still has bases in the Philippines, he can try contacting one of those, or if there's a military ship in port, they would help him, too.

Try to go to the American Embassy they can surely help you with that. They have people there who could help your friend go back to US and I think he better bring his passport and proof of his citizenship.
