  1. Staff Sergeant Arthur John Rambo of Libby, Montana died in action in Vietnam on November 26, 1969 in Tay Ninh. People like you are too fond of adopting the slur on his memory which was perpetrated by a movie which chose to steal his good name, assign it to some psychotic character and use it for pitifully partisan politics.

  2. No.

All things considered, and especially in the light of world military history, U.S. soldiers are amazingly responsible and benevolent.

Despite media attempts to portray them otherwise.

  3. If you recall the movie, Rambo acted appropriately; it was the crazy local police that were out of line.  Even after he had been abused and shot at, he attempted to surrender peacefully; "I don't want any more hurt," I think he said calmly.  But they wouldn't lay off.  The thing was that he had the training to protect himself, and the local police were crazy; it was fiction after all.
