Victory is sweet ! It's something Aussies are born with and crave, even though it was only Japan, we Aussies don't choke like NZ or play a boring shut down style like England, than relly on one mans boot ! Go Aussies' were the most professional team in most sports btw !

Mate, don't get too excited, Japan have two teams, they played their younger B team against Australia, knowing that their next three games will define their presence at this years world cup.

And Mark Gerrard is now injured. Which is a shame because he is one Aussie that can really play. Good to see the young fellas like Berrick Barnes have a run.

I loved it!!  But that Japanese side was far from the best they can field. I love my Wallabies and of course have faith they can win the WC, but I don't like to get cocky..lol..Ive seen too many upsets to believe we are infallible. The boys seem determined though and have been displaying much better form the past months, so hopes are high!! Darn that was a great start though..lol

I'm a Brit and you are right we were rubbish against the USA yesterday. We have no hope of retaining the World Cup if we carry on playing like we did yesterday.
