Did yahoo just send out an email warning to anyone else that says all adult content photos will be deleted?

I just got an email stating that yahoo was deleting all photos in adult content profiles..... is this true, and if so, why all of a sudden is this happening.... I think it is just a hoax, but I find it better to ask and be told that I am right, than to just ignore the email. it did look like an authentic yahoo email.... it says it will be deleted on april 9th

I am waiting to hear the answer to that as well. I was told that someone spoke to Yahoo on the phone (?, is that even possible, lol) and were told it was not a legitimate Yahoo notice. Would REALLY like to know.

I got the same email. I thought it was legit but not so sure now. I have many adult yahoo profiles and only one got that email. I also belong to several adult yahoo groups and only one group has had anyone else receive this same email.

That is why I thought this may be a hoax. I hope someone who knows what is really going on answers you soon!
