Did you all start volleyball trainning or not yet?

me noooooot I'm preparing all the summer to start practice

and now I'm waiting the coach to tell me when we begin..

I play year round. I play volleyball,baseball,tennis, and a bunch of other sports like actions sports. I never stop play it keeps me busy and I get better everyday

I coach a junior college and we started well over 3 weeks ago.

Do some agility drills, some sprints to bring up your fitness level.  Go to the coach and find out what the delay is.
