background:

i've missed 2 periods. next period is due 9|20.

I have had symptoms over the past few weeks [all in moderation], which have since calmed down.

the only symptom that hasn't calmed down is my bowel movements. the first 5-6 wks [after missing my first period], i was constipated. last thursday, it turned to diarrhea. it stopped friday night/saturday morning, but now i'm back to being constipated, but it's worse this time.

i went to my doc on friday & she didn't want to prescribe me anything for fear that i may be pregnant & put me on a dry foods diet. she's running my blood to see if i'm pregnant, but:

have you ever had crazy bowel movements like this & NOT been pregnant?

have you ever had crazy bowel movements like this & were indeed pregnant?

pregnant. not pregnant. i'll be happy whichever this situation i'm in goes. just looking for other people that have experienced what i'm going thru.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

  1. what

  2. yes, have had without being pregnant, its called irritable bowel syndrome.

If you're prgnant you may want to get tested for that.

  3. I have had some crazy bowel movements when without being pregnant but it was only because i have a stomach virus but still it didn't feel right at all

  4. go get your own preg.test, get new doctor.

remember dOCTORS WORK FOR YOU.,NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

  5. I have been a little late for a period and been constipated, but never missed 2 periods! You probably are pregnant. Did you take a urine test? Your hormone levels probably aren't high enough to show up in a urine test but it will show up in a blood test. I hope it is just pregnancy and not some kind of serious stomach viral disease or something. But your bows do change when your pregnant. Are your breast tender and or you having morning sickness?
