do they smell the the food then put it on the table what do u say with out being rude?

Talk with the Manager.  Let him/her know of your disapproval of that particular waiter's behaviour.  It is NOT proper.  Don't be shy - managers are always appreciative of customers' comments and critiques.

You say ..."Excuse me but I would like to have another meal made that hasn't had your nose stuck in it" You have every right to be rude about that.And you should tell his manager or supervisor too.You don't how healthy he is......

I wouldnt eat there anymore, they probably dont have the best sanitation or handle their food very well, go somewhere more expensive for a better meal and for better food handling. I would rather pay more for a good meal than pay for a cheap meal and be hugging the porcelian bowl for the next day and a half.
