Not death of marriage (thought they have their own importance) but a long lost love that went their own way.

  1. Absolutely. Think of them every day. The term absence makes the heart grow fonder does not only apply to friends and lovers who are temporarily apart.

  2. YEs my dad, i didnt know that i love him this much..he died from cancer just last year. I remember him all the time, now we only see each other in my dream..i miss him and he will always here in my heart..

  3. My grandma. Granted, not a long lost love, but I miss her dearly. We were so close and she died when I was 14.

I was in class, and I all of a sudden had this urge to jump on the bus and head to the hospital. I did, and she had passed away a few minutes before I arrived.

  4. Yes, it still hurts

  5. Me and My Sister were really close, we had a bond so strong it was almost psychic, one day  I felt a feeling  of foreboding and dread, later that day i found out she died  from a blood clot in her heart, i was devastated, i haven't been the same since all these years later.

  6. Yes.  I still think of him sometimes.  I wish him well.

  7. every minute of every day every little thing still reminds me of him. and we never were actually a couple in the couple sense. i just fell enormously hard for this man.

  8. Yes I did for 15 years. I never gave up though and we found our way back to each other.

  9. Yes, but after 20+ years, we found our way back to each other 3-1/2 years ago and are still together.  Never give up hope!!

  10. Yes, I have.  She was an on-again, off-again romance that married someone else during an off-again time.

When I found out, I literally got physically sick right then and there.  After I was able to pull myself together I went to the liquor store and bought the biggest bottle of tequila I could find and went home and drank until I got sick again; then used a little wine to clean out my mouth and went straight back to the tequila.  Drank 'til I passed out.

After that I avoided her as much as I could.  She would come looking for me to try to re-start the friendship, but I would be very cold with her.  I still wanted so badly to be with her that I thought I'd just try to break up the marriage; and then realized I was going against God's command.  But I couldn't stop with the idea; so instead I just avoided her and was cold with her to get her to leave me alone.

She eventually did.  I miss her, but I cannot go against God.  And being around her is too much temptation.  But she will always be in my heart...
