Did you ever notice that you have a nightmare only on days that you acted against your conciscence?

Because I did. All of the days that I had a nightmare were the days that I've been bad or unkind to someone, etc.

well i havent noticed that with myself, but it makes sense. i get nightmares when im anxious or nervous. even if theres no logical reason behind my anxiety.

That makes sense, but at least for me, I only get nightmares when I'm really sad. Kinda sucks that way..
