You were on a new diet?

I m on a new diet and I like it because I have lost 1.5kgs in one week and it is a healthy diet no short cuts or anything. I just was eating really unhealthy before..

But is it normal to be a little moody in the first few weeks of yyour new plan?

  1. i never go on diets

    but my sister said she feels moody when she does...yea its quite normal


  2. Absoulutely.  Try and not deny yourself anything.  High fiber, low fat foods are what help you loose weight in a healthy fashion.  Treat yourself on occasion.  Don't go overbored though.  Good luck!

  3. It could be that you are not getting enough calories I know I tend to get moody when I am getting hungry.
