ok, plug it in the charger with and without the battery does it turn on?

If the phone still won't turn on, you will have to take it in for a replacement / warranty repairs assuming you still have that.If you don't you have to take it to a local phone shop, ask where you can take it for service, they should direct you to someone / service center nearby.

so if warranty is still good contact your dealer, operator or a local service center.
