According to the specialist my son used to see at the hospital, boys can continue to grow until they are around 21-23 years old.

Although my husband grew 3 inches when he was 30 years old, which was very strange. He thought I'd shrunk all his jeans in the wash, until he had an health check at work and they measured his height and he'd grown!

I didn't grow any taller after the age of 17 (though many guys do) but I definitely bulked up after that age.
