Did you guy know that the McDonalds Premiums salad has more calories than the Big Mac?

I guess it's not all that surprising becuase a salad contains much more ingredients than a Big Mac, plus, the patties inside a Big Mac are thinner than my finger.

It's mainly because of the salad dressing and the other toppings like almonds or croutons or such.  I usually leave those off or use very sparingly.  Then it's a lot less than a big mac.

This is only when you use the whole thing of dressing.

Without the dressing it's only like, 2 grams of fat and 300 calories.

It doesn't really matter to me cause I don't ever eat the salad, I think that when you go to McDonalds it should be a treat.

I didn't know that, Thanks for sharing that with us. Why is a fillet fish from McDonals is more calories and fat as a Big Mac as well... Its hard to eat out when your dieting. How do people lose weight when you want to eat out sometimes...

Wow that's really bad.  I've only had one of their premium salads once but my mom usually orders one when she goes there.  I've also read that Big Macs are healthier than Whoppers and 3 Big Macs are healthier than both Chili's chocolate chip paradise and Uno's individual mushroom pizza.

I dont go out for fast food a lot so when I do I get the works which dose not include a salid but intresting fact.
