I can't test for another week. I have had mild cramps for the last 3 days. It's not painfull just noticeable. I have had real bad heartburn as well. I don't have any morning sickness or anything yet. If I did conceive this month how soon will I feel sick to my stomach?

  1. It is possible that you may have mild cramps to indicate that you are conceiving but you might want to wait until you start spotting which is in 4 weeks of the pregnancy..I am a resgistered nurse...but yet every pregnancy is different...It took me 1 month to produce my HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) so every test i would take would come out negative...but by the time you are 4 weeks you should of been having morning sickness....

  2. I had cramps when I was about 7 weeks pregnant with my baby.  They were like mild period cramps I guess ((I never had period cramps before...lucky me)).

  3. You could possibly be experiencing implantation cramps which usually occur anywhere from 6-10 days after conception, but a pregnancy test is the only way for sure to know whether you are pregnant or not. I know for me, I was able to take a pregnancy test by the 12th day after conception and it was positive. Also most women don't start feeling sick until around 5 or 6 weeks pregnant and some women don't get morning sickness. Good luck!

  4. Every woman is different on that. I had cramps with my first baby for about a week during the first month and didn't get the morning sickness until the third month. With my second, I felt nothing but sore b*****s for the first 4 months and then puked the last 5.

  5. i started getting mild cramps a week before period was due until i was 6 weeks, and my nausea has only just started this last week and I'm 8+4Weeks now, not every woman gets nausea/sickness

  6.   Every month when I was ovulating, if you are trying to get pregnant this is the best time.

      Good luck.

  7. Yes, I did.  It may be that you are ovulating though, not that you've conceived.  It took me a while to feel sick to my stomach but my b*****s felt tender right away.  Take the test, even if it is early.  You can get an early test kit and even regular ones will often show a positive result before the first skipped period (mine did).   Good luck to you!

  8. everyone is different and has symptoms at different times. Cramping can be a sign but it could also be your period getting ready to start. heartburn usually doesnt occur until your 2nd trimester, but everyone is different. As far as when you would start feeling sick who knows you might now get morning sickness (or as I call all day sickness) at all.

  9. thank you for your post to my question! I hope that you too are pregnant! keep me posted and I will do the same! Baby dust your way as well!!!

  10. i had cramps with both my kids during the first month.... i never had morning sickness tho
