It seems my tailbone is falling apart and won't go back together. Not that I particularly want it to go back together, I mean the wider my pelvis is the better at this point lol... But really it is painful to use my left leg and I'm hobbling all over the place. Not all the time, but if I move the wrong way fooooorget it.

  1. UGH! So not fun! I feel for you..I'm sure I will be there in a few weeks myself! What I have done for the last two pregnancies is stretch, do yoga and go to the chiropractor. I also sleep with more pillows than the queen..LOL One thing I found that helped too was to make sure I wore a good supportive shoe. Not like the flip flops I have been wearing all summer..heehee. Well soon those will be gone and I will have to wear shoes that cover my whole foot! *gasps* Oh the things we suffer for our babies..LOL

    Good Luck!

  2. Ooh. I remember that pain! Ouch!  I used a body pillow between my knees at night and still woke up crooked and stiff.

Also, stretching your back like a cat (on your knees, arching your back) will help alleviate the pain somewhat.

  3. This pain started for me around 32 weeks and I have been going to the chiropractor once a week to have this adjusted and it does make a difference, I'm telling you!
