How bad do you think this will effect Helio Castroneves & Ryan Briscoe in this weekends race in Sonoma?

You're talking about a team that took a show car out of a hotel lobby and won the 1987 Indy 500 with it.  I think they'll get on all right.

An old friend of mine drives one of their trucks, I wonder if it was him?

Holy Cow!! That's a shame. There's a lot of money in those haulers. Hopefully it won't set them back too bad. If they get the back-up cars to them on time, they should be ok, I hope. Thanks for the info Dave. Have a good day everyone!  =o`)

Yes I heard about it. Lost two primary cars, crew uniforms, lots of gear boxes and a fabrication station. According to Tim Cintric, the team lost $2 million!

It will affect the team greatly for this race, but the "Captain" will rebound from this.

Yes, I've had a zillion melt downs already, I have a insider on this team that I know they are transporting two more cars out from NC that will be there on Friday.. You know what sometimes something like this can rally a team, and we know Helio will have that smile on his face.. They already have 2 cars out in Sonoma from testing.... I hope all this bad luck means good luck on Sunday.. I can't wait to get to Wine Country.

Holy Hannah!!!! That's just a few hours away from me!! Probably around the Rock Springs area. It was probably on the SLC evening news, I just don't watch, (doom and gloom out there)

Poor Helio and Ryan, I hope they can get some back-up cars to them in time.

I hadn't heard about that until now, that sucks I hope it doesn't effect them to much hopefully they can get back up cars there in time!

Woah, I didn't know about that!  That sucks for Team Penske!!!  I hope this doesn't affect Helio and Ryan's race, but 2 million is a lot to cover.  Good luck to Team Penske!
