  1. i am in the same situation there are one maybe two friends that i want to keep but my older sisters and friends have always said that you make new and loose old friends so and i think thats true(:

  2. girl just walk away from your negative backstabbing friends . Trust me once you do this you can start hanging out with positive people

  3. you know what? being scared of leaving because you won't find any new friends is holding you BACK!!

go with who you're comfortable with- is there anyone who you've always wanted to be friends with because they seem so nice?

start having little snippets of conversation with her, so she can know you, and you can know her...

sit with people you want to sit with in class (not the friends you want to get rid of, but the ones you want to be friends with)- if you're friends aren't happy, have one side with possible new friends, and the other side with one of your old friends

if you continually sit next to your possible new friend and talk to her, laugh with her etc., she will most likely begin to like you

switch lunch groups/tables, at first just now and then, but do it more and more until your old group of friends are used to you not being with them...

    then you're free :)

DON'T GIVE UP- (even when it seems like no one's gonna be friends with you, you'll eventually find some) being with good friends enhances your whole high school experience- you'll never regret it.
