Did you know Medicare wastes trillions on lousy health care?

more spent per capita than any other country but on what? there is obviously collosal corruption and waste.

Medicare is for senior citizens.  The care they receive is from doctors they themselves have chosen.   I think fraud of the system is the biggest waste of money.  Medicaid is no better.

Well its doctors who do the fraud.

They are the ones who get paid, not the people on Medicare.

They pad the bills and lie about the tests, claim they saw patients two or ten times when they only saw them once or if the patient is hospitalized, they just peek into the room and say hi.

I don't think its trillions though, more like a a couple of hundred million.

Padding the bills by the way, is how they make up for the costs of the uninsured they treat and the ones who don't pay their bills.

One more reason for universal healthcare.

Costs would be uniform and controlled.
