This was decided by the Supreme Court. So the major corporations are protected. Who protects the consumer, the people, the citizens? What are our rights?

  1. If the weatherman says it's going to be sunny and you go out and lightning strikes you...should you sue the weatherman?

It's called informed choice. You take the information that drug companies are required to print on the package insert and you decide if you want to take the risk.

People have to take responsibility for their own decisions

  2. Oh Hey - get's lots worse than that.  The Bush family is heavily bought into pharmaceuticals.  And while Bush has been our unfortunate president, FDA rules have changed to hurry through drug with bad science, poor trials and lies about it's effectiveness.

It means a whole plethora of useless and dangerous drugs and HUGE sums of MONEY in Bush's pocket.

Is there any wonder you can't then sue the FDA.  That would defeat the entire purpose of making Bush a multiple Billionaire.

  3. Penny I'm sure you know that we dont have very many rights left, and even those are under attack.

On a side note thanks for your old fluoride questions. Got me digging into a rabbit hole I didn't realize was so deep.

  4. Sue the FDA =)

  5. Sad but true, only you can look out for you ! Your rights are to be informed about the best available health options. And a real good place to start is http://www.naturalnews.com .Lots of good info there, and best of all, it's totally free !
