That we are not saved BY good works but FOR good works?

we as Christians are supposed to serve others while on this earth. and then when we get to heaven we will continue to serve by serving others.

John 3:13

"And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven".

Scripture makes it clear that no one goes to heaven. Remember, Jesus comes back to the Earth to establish God's kingdom. All that have died are simply dead and waiting for the resurrection.
