  1. I Agree with hipp, Let's See.

  2. It sounds extremely promising. Let's hope it works, so the Earth can finally be rid of it.

  3. That's quite interesting. It doesn't seem that complex of a theory though, so then why haven't they discovered this years ago? My dad has his own theory that they've had cures for plenty of diseases but since they get paid for all this research they fake everything they find just so they're wallets keep getting fatter while we keep getting sicker.

  4. Uhm, MD and hipp are both right to an extent, but I think hipp is a little jaded about this. It's applying relatively new techniques to HIV - monoclonal antibody therapy is developing with more understanding of chimera proteins and applications in 'humanising' mAbs. Although there could be problems in human trials I think that given the option between ADRs and being cured of HIV, people may well take the chance.

  5. It would definitely be great if this was true.  The problem with HIV is that it mutates a lot faster than our own cells,  so by the time our immune system figures out how to get rid of it, it's advanced onto a virtually different DNA structure.

If there is in fact a part of the virus that stays the same (even though I think our bodies would've figured out by now if it was true), then I think it could be a promise for a cure.

I'm sure there'll be people out there anxious to try it.  Hope it works.

  6. Seeing as the Virus was man made to begin with, I don't see how difficult the formulation could have been.

All this research is a cover up to make us think that there actually trying to find a cure, thats probably laying 2 feet from them.

s*x with monkey's my behind, they could have called me to give them a better excuse.

  7. They've been coming up with "surefire" ways to destroy HIV for years. The Doctor sounds pretty confident about his method, but he has to be. Personally I'll wait to see the results of human trials before I get too excited.

It's be really nice if it did work though.
