Did you know that gang members just laugh? after killing innocent humans?

after they kill a rival, or innocent person, they go back, get drugs, get high, and laugh!! and high five! each other after murders? no remorse! so why? give these young gang members probation after these crimes?

murders and robberies. I think as soon

as they turn 18 Sheriff's transfer these

young criminals from Juvenile Halls to

Maximum Prisons.

Because it's the law. Just because someone laughs after killing a person, it doesn't mean that they should spend any longer or any less time in prison - it's the facts that count when dealing with the law. People serve their time and then get out, it's just the way it works.

I think these gang members who kill others are scum, but realistically, that's not going to change their sentence.
