I don't suggest that everyone gets rounded up and shipped to other countries, just that we control the flow of illegal people entering the US.

Its our tax money that is usually used to support these people, so if they weren't illegal immigrants they would be paying in taxes like every other American out there, and it won't be so bad to pay a few more dollars for some things.

Yes I do know that! I worked for the State University of New York Research Foundation's agricultural worker's unit.  It is so true, that is why Bush and his cronies are not pushing the immigration bills that come across their desks.  '

The majority of the money goes that to help immigrants comes mostly from private foundations and religious groups, I know because I worked for one.

The city of Riverside in California is in bad shape and boarded up because they banned landlords to renting  to non-US citizens.  Its a ghost town, everyone has left.

Yes,I would be willing to pay more if it meant an American citizen had a job instead of an illegal immigrant.

There is NO job that an American won't do to support their family. And no,I wouldn't lift and carry 50 lb wood crates in triple digit heat for less than $5.00 and hour and no benefits. I am an American citizen and as such am given employment rights. I would do it, however, for the legal wage that is supposed to be paid. The jobs were all done before we had a mass influx of people sneaking into our country and they can be done again.

Illegals CAN and DO receive government benefits. All they need is a fake SS# or an American born child and they reap the benefits. Citizenship is not required to get benefits.

They are given free education for their children,free medical care at the ER,free lunch and breakfast at school...free for them,not for the American taxpayer.

They take far more from our economy then they give back

Illegal aliens can and DO receive welfare and Medicaid in states like NY and Cal where stupid rules now in effect forbid asking about immigration status.

Black Americans would benefit from a huge pool of unskilled and some skilled jobs that would open when illegal aliens are deported.

The old canard that illegals only take jobs Americans refuse is total BS.

They can be found in high and moderate paying factory jobs

they takes jobs from legal citizens in construction and landscaping

They depress the wage base in many states because they will work for less so an employer does not have to hire an American at a fair wage

They cause apartments and housing in major cities to be scarce.

They mostly work with stolen IDs

They tend to pay little taxes because they claim large deductions for dependents
