It just never ends, does it? Probably just a matter of time before government mandates foot baths in every home just in case a muslim shows up and wants a wash.

1. It's only a total of 6 hours a week.

2. Its not only for Muslims.. but women!

I'm sure there are alot of other non-Muslim women who also dont feel comfortable working out with guys!

Maybe we should change the name of our country because that's offensive too.  There are private Christian gyms, private Jewish resturants, if they want special considerations they need to open thier own facilities.  This is ridiculous in a public facility.

     Im all for cultural tolerance, but not when it imposes on other's people's freedom.

Since Harvard is a PRIVATE university it is free to do as they wish. There is no government mandate here.

This has nothing to do with the government. As someone said above, Harvard is a private university and this decision was made by its administrators.

I am so sick of EXTRA rights for "minorities" If you're that Modest STAY HOME. I go to a gym and I am Nude after my shower, as I lotion up and of course, until I get dressed.

If they go to the YMCA and YWCA that is the Young mens Christian association and Young Womens Christian Assoctiation. The solution is simple: don't show up.

As a Catholic woman I'm OFFENDED that no public or private institutions give me 6 hours a week to do ANYTHING!

If they need ALONE time...then they should stay HOME in their own countries and BE ALONE. When you go to a University - YOU adapt to their rules.

Well, some airport installed foot baths for the Muslim taxi drivers because they pitched a fit....I think in Massachusetts.

It seems whenever any non Christian group, and especially Muslims lately want, they get, and we pay for it.
