I think it's a clear sign of global climate instability!

  1. Yes - Scientist now have coined the term 'Weird Weather" as proof that AGW is real.  It's cause by climate inversions where global warming causes global cooling, and melting ice freezes and gains mass.

Weird weather is easy to determine as it causes consensus freak out.

  2. One event does not make whatever it is the norm.

weather and climate are not the same thing.

  3. Yeah, man...it is like global warming causes global cooling and then that causes global warming again.  Far out!

  4. The Pacific Decadal Oscillation (PDO) has switched to it's cool phase, so for the next twent five or thirty years you can expect things like this, as well as cooler temperatures.

  5. Hmmm....so are you saying any change in the weather is Climate Instability ? Do you know how bizarre that sounds? Will that mean if it was a half a degree cooler post eve, it should cause mass hysteria?

(Lyon) you can't have one without the other but I get your gist.

  6. No. Freak storms in a two year period mean nothing except that they are, well, freak storms. They speak nothing about the climate because there is a difference between weather - short term effects that may vary wildly - and climate, which is the average weather over time – usually very small change over a very long time.

  8. You said "I think it's a clear sign of global climate instability"

Climates are not stable. They are indeed unstable.  There are always freak storms.  When they become common, they are no longer in the "freak" category.  It has nothing to do with global warming, however as much as alarmist would like to make believe.
