Russian peacekeepers were in S.O, as appointed by the UN to protect the civilans of South Ossetia. The Georgians attacked and the Russians defended their people, they did their duty. Now they are pushing the Georgians back.

And did you know that the Georgians left thousands homeless as well? The Georgians have also killed more civilans then the Russians.

Why is it no one will believe this, but will believe what the zionist controlled mainstream media is telling you.

NOT - problem with all the news coming out of that part of the world (Georgia) is that it is VERY biased either towards the Russians or the Georgians.  Any allegations like that need to be verified by a third nuetral organization such as the UN or the Red Cross.

It's not true. All it was is a total count of casualties since the pissing match began two years ago. The people of S.O. have been in their own little war. It had nothing to do with the armies of Russia or Georgia!

No, but this is exactly the kind of information that surrounds any atrocity like this and it's hard to know for sure if it is true or not or if the numbers are accurate because each side will make wild claims and we're all just left to decide who is the bigger liar in all of this. No doubt the situation is terrible and I feel for all involved but again this is type of story that is hard to decipher exactly from what is reported in the media.

Yes, I did. I watch news every day. But many people in west countries and especially in the USA are misinformed. Russia helped and helps people in South Ossetia. Georgia is the agressor and Georgia's president is the new Hitler!

I did. Today the toll is already 2100. Another airplane brought dozens of Ossetians to Moscow with breast and stomach gun wounds. Condi asked Russian foreign minister Lavrov not to use such terms as genocide and atrocities. He asked for reason. She kept silent.

Georgians even didn't care to blow up their munition depos. Russian army can start celebrating Christmas right now.

Anybody can say anything they want to anytime, anywhere. if you want people to believe you, if you want people to know this information to be a fact then you absolutely MUST back it up with several reliable sources and facts. Otherwise, you're just plain old full of BS and/or mindlessly parroting something you read/heard. I would hope that anyone on YAHOO answers read this and judge for themselves the truth first by researching the facts from reliable sources. That goes for anything you read or hear nowadays.
