Actually, it's the International Symbol for Nuclear Disarmament, the symbol is composed of the Semaphore for "N" and "D".  The "American Chicken" line was invented by advocates of Nuclear War against Russia and China back in the '60s, haven't heard it in years.  Do you actually believe anyone can win a Nuclear War?

No but roosters are not peaceful from personal experience. Rooster is a little tought when you fry it but boil it for a couple of hours and it tastes just like turkey.

No. It's the logo of the Campaign For Nuclear Disarmament which started in Great Britain in the late 1950s with Bertrand Russell as its first President. Over the last five decades it has been co-opted by a group of Americans who know nothing of the provenance of the symbol.
