I knew McDonald's put weird stuff in their fries but I didn't know they put beef fat in some frozen fries too! I was slightly shocked when I read it in the ingredients but then I though "What should have expect?" But back to my question, did anyone already know that?

Yes, already aware of it. That was one of the main reasons -- before going to the trans-fat-free oils -- that their fries were SO darned good!
