Did you need to do these things to get your driver's liscense?

Take driving class and study the book for the test.

I didn't do either. I've been had mine since I was 15 yrs. old.

Nope.

But, I did take a driving class to lower my insurance significantly.

Other than that, if you can't pass the test, you're mentally handicapped.

Nothing special about being able to pass it.
