Yes,us poor folks have always been conscience of all our uses of everything.I really get a good laugh out of some of the responses on here.You haven't a clue.I get alittle riled at trying to take away my plastic bags,which have so many uses.But you know God sent me down wash and wear and I will survive will you?

well maybe we do have a recylcling can and we put all types of metals cans  and things that need to be recycled..

Yes, my family has always found it so important to recycle. So even after I moved out, I kept up the habit.

I recycle more now than I did ten years ago.  I am gradually replacing all my light bulbs, too, and switching over to relatively nontoxic cleaning products.
