on a current affair they showed survailence footage of ben apparently hoovering up a something with his nose on the weekend,at an outside/decking area with his mates-what do you think.

Its kinda sad really he has an addiction and right now obviously cant stop and is only getting the help because he is made too. This should of been stopped years ago by the AFL, cause its not just Cousins who has a drug problem. Its just that he has been caught. AFL should have the same rules as other sports, banning them from the sport rather then making excuses for their actions.

I didn't see the footage but geez ACA must have been wetting their pants in excitement when they got the footage.  

Sure he's allowed to party, but he's meant to be cleaning up his act and doing rehab....is a holiday right now really necessary?  He just got back from a binge in LA for goodness sake!

The Man, the first thing any rehab clinic is going to say to ben is to get away from everyone and everything that has had to do with drugs over the last few years and decide what he really wants to do with his life.

HE WAS ON HOLIDAY.  Sorry, but even recovering drug addicts are entitled to take a holiday.  How can everyone be so sure that he was even taking drugs.  You don't think A Current Affair is going to beat up a story? Thats their job.  They get paid to put the 'truth' into such stupid context's that it is almost a complete lie.  This is why my usual comment is to take anything TT or ACA say and assume the exact opposite.

What is more disturbing is the fact that there are still reporters following a recovering drug addict around when he is trying to take a holiday and a break from everything that has pushed him into drugs in the first place.  These reporters should be brought into line....

Who F***ing cares leave the poor bloke alone everyone is allowed to live there life the way they want. Just because he is a star he is getting a bad name. I still think he is absolutely fantastic so what if he lets his hair down at parties. If drugs is his only problem in the world today then he is a saint. I think the big issue here is that Ben Cousins spoke to the AFL last week stating that he was going to get himself cleaned up and try to make a comeback to football. They, in their wisdom, believed him and decided to give him a lifeline. He has then turned around and been partying all weekend, with or without drugs, instead of being in rehab, where he should be if he is genuine about getting the monkey off his back. Personally I wish Cousins well in breaking his bad habits, but he is making dreadful choices. He is in the early stages of trying to break an addiction, but putting himself right in the middle of temptation the whole time. This is a recipe for disaster.

Yes I saw it and I thought it was bull ****.  Leave him alone for God sake.  He is still a great footballer in my eyes.  People forget that he is still a normal person with temptations and people do make mistakes.  If that footage was anyone else nobody would give a ****.. It's because he is benny that people target him.  

The weekend was just holiday and he wanted to get away from all the bullshit.  But I guess he did't get far enough cause the media still found him.

I still love you benny hope you get better and I will see you in action in 2009.

I didn't see the footage on ACA - I was watching TDT on C7 & the downfall of Brad Hardie & the selling of his Brownlow Medal to help pay gambling debts.

I agree with 'the man' however. Ben is not doing himself any good by his actions.
