Yes, and I agree with it!  First of all, it was a custody battle and one of the parents got her.  But she had been caused emotional distress by being named Talula Does The Hula From Hawii!  That's just so stupid!

Yeah...I think it's ridiculous that he would make them change her name, but it was a really stupid name lol.

Yes over in Ireland. The judge took the little girl from her parents and renamed her and said that the parents where not smart for naming a child something that is so targeted by children to be made fun of. The 9 year old was so embrassed by her named that she didn't tell anyone and would just say call me Kay. The judge then cited a list of names such as "s*x fruit" not to be alllowed anymore as a childs name.

Yes, I saw it. I have to say that I am glad they renamed her. It is ridiculous what some people name their kids. It's a joke and I think it is a form of abuse. Kids are so mean and pick on each other for every little thing. Why give them more ammo? The poor little girl was so embarrassed by her name that she wouldn't even tell her friends what her real name was. So sad.
