Did you want Shawn or Nastia to win the all-around?

i totally expected that to be the other way round..

I wanted Nastia, she is so much more graceful than Shawn. Shawn is really great but she just sorta pounds through everything, Nastia glides.

Even i wanted Shawn to win &I was upset when she let go the first place(gold medal).But i am sure she will do her best in the remaining catogiries.

Nastia....she deserved it. She was graceful where as Shawn " pounded " everything she did.

Shawn, she has so much power in her tricks it's like WOW! She's short and she can pull it off, but Nastia is great too, very graceful and for a taller girl, she has a lot of talent. I just thought Shawn was better.

Both Nastia and Shawn stated in the past that they would quit after these Olympics, but last night both said they want to compete in one more.

Shawn is just about perfect on everything. I wanted her to get it, but I was happy for Nastia. As long as one of the American girls got gold and one of them silver, I would've thought it was great either way   :)

I like how Nastia Liuken performs better in terms of atristry, so I'm happy with the outcome.  Shawn Johnson definitely is talented, but it doesn't seem like what she does flows as nicely -- don't know whether that's just body shape/proportions or some kind of actual difference in training.

Having either one of them win would, of course, be cool. . . and so is a 1-2 finish.  At least China's not winning all the big medals that way because everyone else keeps messing up more than they do.

and um no. she wont be at the 2012 olympics. clearly you dont know anything about the sport! By they she will be 20, and thats to old for a gymnast, her career will be over by then, and there will be younger better gymanst with less injuries. So no, she will not be there, this was her one and only chance.
