  1. I love old sayings. When they are retold - to the new generation - they are totally transfixed with this new kind of "knowledge".  I love yours - always a nice image - of a "lady glow" - such a nice way to present it. LOL ♥

  2. My old Mum used to say it

    In a slightly different way.

    'Horses sweat, men perspire

    But ladies merely glow'

    If she'd seen me to-day

    Clearing out the shed

    Sunshine, and thunderclouds

    overhead,

    Drops of sweat running

    Off my nose

    She'd believe I was

    one of those

    huge, furry-footed

    gargantuan cart

    pulling mares

    But, who cares?

  3. Short, well done, and to the excellent point!

My mother and I disagreed on 'you name it'!

  4. I was a cowboy once. Had me a job down at the horse house...

  5. Lol! That's a good one.

  6. I am laughing, laughing much at this little twister!  I would say though, you are much smarter than a horse, prettier too!.

  7. I always heard ladies perspire gracefully..lol.

  8. hahaha! I got it! and no need to think twice before I could laugh.
