Did your mum or dad ever give or leave you something special

i never knew my mum and my dad died in wtc 9 11 i still have his photo do you have something special to remerber your parents.

I am very sorry to hear about your loss. the most important thing that you could have received from your parent is the memories you formed together. I know you did not know your mother, but if there is anything that your father shared with you about her that you think of fondly, keep that. If there is a special picture you have of your father, do something special to it like a cool frame with something that reminds you of special times you shared and keep it somewhere like by your computer where you will see it all the time.

My mother is still alive and I kept my fathers PJs to wear at night. I also have a special picture of him when he was a sailor in WW II at a bar with his buddies in another country. It is so nostalgic looking and I love it. It is on my mantle

Other then that, they have not left me anything other then memories and thats OK.  Hugs

hey man im really sorry about your loss,but life's too short to worry about the past think about the future and what it hold if you need something to remember your parents by i suggest old family home videos or photos but i really suggest you take a vacation and unwind try to relax a bit.

That is very sad... try to move on for your childrens sake, keep your memories they are precious, give your kids good memories of you. Your mom and dad can see you..every time you think of them they are with you.
