I have also had no problems with mine.

I even dropped it once (upside down from like 3 feet, and not on purpose) and it still works like new.

I used it as a grill like the youtube video and it like melted and c**p... NOT RECOMMENDED

Mine hasnt broke yet.

The only problems I have had so far is freezing during a game (but it doesnt mean it was the ps3 it self).
