The France national team manager has named his squad for the upcoming World Cup 2014 qualifiers against Finland and Belarus
On September 7, 2012, France will play http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 in Saint-Denis
on September 11, 2012.
The game against Eagle-owls would be Didier Deschamps’ biggest test so far. His first game as Les Bleus manager was an international friendly against Uruguay. Although the end result was a 0-0 draw, there were a lot of encouraging signs in the game.
A new qualifying campaign, a new coach and a new philosophy, it would be interesting to see how France fare under the tutelage of Didier Deschamps. The likes of Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa and Etienne Capoue were given a chance to shine for Les Bleus against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Uruguay-c3035
and the duo did not disappoint.
However, Didier Deschamps is being extra careful with the youngsters this time around and may choose not to use Capoue for the game against Finland.
Besides the choice of me, it would also be interesting to see what kind of line-up will be put against a Finnish side that will definitely make things tough for Les Bleus who would be looking to start the qualification campaign on a strong note.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mickaël-Landreau-c25513 have a chance to stand between
the sticks during the qualifiers.
Patrice Evra’s form has not been very good for Les Bleus off late so Gael Clichy might be a better option. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mamadou-Sakho-c23293 or Yanga-Mbiwa at the centre of defence.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 so far this season and is likely to get some game time.
Les Bleus have been criticised for being too defensive at times but things might change under Deschamps. Reports claim that the former World Cup winner is considering pairing up Real Madrid star http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Karim-Benzema-c20350 with Olivier Giroud which would certainly be
a mouth-watering prospect.
