"There is little doubt that Spain will cause us difficulties. There is no denying that they have more individual quality and are better collectively as well; they are the best team in the world," Deschamps told reporters at a press conference.
However, the former Marseille boss feels that France have what it takes to cause the hosts all kinds of trouble on Tuesday, and is upbeat about his side’s chances of getting a positive result in Madrid.
"But, our players all have faith in their own abilities. We have the chance to get something from this game if we play to our strengths.”
