The 32-year-old Ivorian footballer Didier Drogba is of the view that the Chelsea football team will recover strong in the Championship League.
Drogba has also urged that the sudden slump in the performance of the Chelsea football team will end in the upcoming match of the Blues against Tottenham Hotspurs.
Currently Chelsea is at third spot in the table as they have won just four points in the previous six played matches and the recent devastating defeat from the French side Marseille has added more worry for Chelsea’s Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti.
But in a recent interview, Chelsea striker Didier Drogba has expressed that his team will recover well in the upcoming matches. He urged that everyone is expecting that the Blues will lose against the Hotspurs but Chelsea has the right players and motivation
to thrash any strong team in the Championship League.
Tottenham Hotspurs are having a great season and their attacking strategy in the matches have earned them many victories so far. They have topped their Group A table and are being considered as one of the top contenders for the title.
While talking about the matter Drogba told the media that he is very well aware of the fact that Hotspurs are having a superb season and they will give a very strong challenge to the Blues. He added that Chelsea are one of the strongest English football
teams and have thrashed the Tottenham Hotspurs regularly. He said that the Blues are currently lacking the right winning chemistry of the game, but they have all the right capacity to outclass Hotspurs in the upcoming match.
