I am on my father's health insurance because I was listed a full time student when he put the application in when I was 21. This request was made at the end of a semester. Each year I would give him my schools chedule to get put on and thta would get done. It was accepted and I have my card and such and I went to the doctor's twice since since then, with only minor visitation fees. The thing is since not too long after the insurance was accepted, I dropped below full time student status. I didn't realize that affected things, thinking when the current year ran out I couldn't reclaim, and I do now realize it doesn't work that way. With only two doctors visits, no surgeries, and no other plans of using that medical insurance card, is that alright to do since I didn't abuse it and certainly not knowlingly?

  1. ??  It's done.  You're dropped.  End of story.  Your dad will be billed to reimburse the insurance company, if they paid for any benefits.

I'm not understanding what you're asking.
